Booking Procedures Modified

Members Please Note

•  Bookings for the lodge will ONLY be accepted from FINANCIAL MEMBERS on the prescribed Booking Form.
• Bookings will only be confirmed if the appropriate deposit or full payment is made.
• All bookings, cancellations and payments must be directed to the Booking Officer ONLY.

Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Booking Officer. Refunds will be processed using the following criteria:

• FULL REFUND A full refund will be made if cancellation is received up to 21 days prior to date of arrival less an administration fee
• NO REFUND No refund will be made if cancellation is received less than 21 days prior to date of arrival.
